LANSAS® PRODUCTS
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All LANSAS® products are warranted against
manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the
date of sale. At their option, Vanderlans and Sons, Inc.,
will either repair or replace any product found to have
had a factory defect. Any product suspected of being
defective must be returned, pre-paid freight, to the
factory for inspection. Freight collect shipments will be
refused.
No liability shall exist in case of misuse, abuse,
over/under inflation or other negligence, or for any
costs other than the replacement costs of the item in
question. No liability is, or shall be, assumed for any
consequential damages arising from the use of any device
other than stated in this warranty.
Product warranty shall apply only to the original
purchaser and is not transferable or assignable.
Manufacturer
specifically disavows any other representation, warranty,
or liability relating to the condition or use of this
product.

Inflatable
products are intended for use in piping systems only. Do
not inflate product unless totally confined within proper
size pipe.
Each inflatable item is specifically rated for certain
pressures under specific conditions. Do not over or under
exceed these pressures, as specified for each device. If
in doubt, contact the factory.
All inflatable devices must be used with proper blocking
or restraints that meet or exceed the standards of the
industry, consult a registered engineer.
Inflatable devices are designed for inflation in piping
only. Device must conform in rated size(s) to piping
size.
Through misuse, abuse, improper storage, age or component
failure or malfunction, a device may fail. The user is
warned to consider the failure mode of all parts
(components) to be used in the system and to provide
adequate safeguards to prevent personal injury, death or
property damage in the event of a failure mode
occurrence.
All end users must be thoroughly instructed in all safety
aspects when using these products and how to provide for
personal protection in the event of a failure mode.
It is the responsibility of the user to check all
components for both accuracy and integrity immediately
prior to use.
All gauges and pressure components must be checked and
certified for function and accuracy.
All end users are cautioned to review specific warnings,
ratings, pressures and other information immediately
prior to use.
This information may be found in instruction sheets,
product specification sheets, catalogs/brochures on the
device, and/or on attached hang tags.
If such information cannot be located, the user is
requested to call the factory at (800) 452-4902 for
specific information.
Such information will be supplied in written form by FAX
or mail upon request. Lansas safety information can also
be found on the internet.
Do not operate or attempt to use any inflatable device
without proper training and complete information
regarding inflatable to be used.
